This research employs a Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data were collected through questionnaires administered to experts and students during the limited trial phase. The research subjects consisted of three experts—material expert, media expert, and instructional Design expert—and ten students from the Vocational Culinary Arts Education Study Program. Data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The media was Developed through four stages of the 4D model: (1) Define, which involved needs analysis; (2) Design, which involved Designing the content and appearance of the media; (3) Develop, which involved product Development, expert validation, and small group testing; and (4) Disseminate, which involved distributing the instructional video via digital platforms such as YouTube. The validation results indicated a validity level of 95.85% from the material expert, 97.5% from the media expert, and 95.85% from the instructional Design expert, all categorized as “very valid.” The small group trial yielded a percentage of 92.27%, classified as “excellent.” These findings demonstrate that the Developed instructional video is suitable for use in teaching Fusion Dessert techniques.</p> Putu Tresya Divani, Damiati Damiati, Ida Ayu Putu Hemy Ekayani ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://www.jm.ejournal.id/index.php/mendidik/article/view/387 Thu, 30 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Peran Multiple Intelligences dalam Pengembangan Keterampilan 6C pada Generasi Z http://www.jm.ejournal.id/index.php/mendidik/article/view/358 <p>This research aims to understand the roles, strategies, impacts, and challenges of implementing multiple intelligences to support the development of 6C skills. The study employed qualitative; with library research, the study was analyzed using content analysis. The research findings indicate that (1) applying multiple intelligences theory in education plays a crucial role in developing 6C skills. (2) Identifying various types of student intelligence through project-based strategies and intelligence mapping can enhance learning effectiveness. (3) The positive impacts of implementing multiple intelligences include increased student engagement, communication skills, and collaboration. (4) However, challenges such as a lack of training for educators and inadequate facilities need to be addressed through collaboration among schools and ongoing training programs.</p> Siti Zazak Soraya, Musyahid Musyahid ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://www.jm.ejournal.id/index.php/mendidik/article/view/358 Thu, 30 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran PowerPoint Interaktif Hidangan Asia Tenggara http://www.jm.ejournal.id/index.php/mendidik/article/view/390 <p>This study aims to 1) to describe the steps in developing interactive PowerPoint media on Southeast Asian cuisine using the 4D model, 2) to determine the feasibility of interactive PowerPoint learning media on Southeast Asian cuisine, and 3) to determine student responses to interactive PowerPoint learning media on Southeast Asian cuisine in the Culinary Arts Vocational Education study programme.. This research is a research and development study, using the 4D model which consists of four stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research involved subject matter experts, media and learning design experts, and students who had passed the Southeast Asian cuisine course as respondents. Data collection was conducted through a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to experts and students. The data was analysed descriptively and quantitatively by calculating the percentage of assessments from experts and student responses. Based on the results of the test by media and learning design experts, the feasibility percentage was 96.4%, while the subject matter experts' test resulted in a feasibility percentage of 98%. Thus, the media was declared ‘Highly Feasible’ for use as learning media. The results of the student response test showed that the PowerPoint media received a positive response. Based on the collected data, the learning media obtained a suitability percentage of 89.5%. From these findings, it can be concluded that the Interactive PowerPoint on Southeast Asian Cuisine is ‘Highly Suitable’ for use as learning media in the Asian Cuisine course.</p> Ni Luh Ari Melani Putri, Ida Ayu Putu Hemy Ekayani, Ni Wayan Sukerti ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://www.jm.ejournal.id/index.php/mendidik/article/view/390 Thu, 30 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Pengembangan Flipbook Materi Table Set Up Pada Mata Kuliah Food and Beverage Service and Bar di Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha http://www.jm.ejournal.id/index.php/mendidik/article/view/389 <p><em>In general, this study aims to identify the stages of developing a flipbook using the (R&amp;D) method with the 4D development model (define, design, development, disseminate) in the Food and Beverage Service and Bar course, specifically on the topic of table set up. The study produced a flipbook as a learning medium, examined its feasibility, and analyzed students’ responses toward its use. The research sample consisted of 52 fourth- and sixth-semester students who had completed the Food and Beverage Service and Bar course. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert Scale, which were distributed to experts and respondents, and then analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results of the study indicate that the flipbook on Table Set Up developed with the 4D model was evaluated as “very feasible” by experts, with scores of 94.20% from content experts, 96.37% from instructional media experts, and 96.37% from instructional design experts.
